Hi, Thanks for reading my third blog post. In this post I am going to tell you some of the most common mistakes when painting. After you're aware of these mistakes you can easily avoid them and make good art look even better!
Misleading Paint Tubes?
These paint tubes in the photo are examples of misleading paint. The colors are Burnt Yellow Brown, and Neon Yellow, but on the tube it says it's red and yellow. Misleading paint tubes can cause confusion. I myself have been tricked by the misleading tubes and all you need to do is just read the label so you won't be tricked by them.
When To Buy Cheap And When To Buy Expensive.
Sometimes when you buy or make your own paint you have choices to make on what products to buy. Lets use some fake product names as an example, Paint Love and Big Art. Lets say that Paint Love's paint cost $4.00. Big Paint's paint cost $7.00 both of which offers all of the primary colors. Here is where it gets weird. If you are a beginner painter or if you don't paint very often then you should go with the Paint Love paint. If you paint a lot or if you want to make art that looks very neat, then you might want to go with Big Paint. Don't fell bad if your a beginner painter and your work might look a little odd because the more you paint the better you will get. My first paintings were very questionable, but now I have gotten a lot better. So if you're a beginner, Paint Love's paint is best for you because it can help put the paint on the canvas so you can move up to Big Paint. If you are an advanced painter then use the Big Paint because it can help you on your level. Big Paint will help you get the paint on the canvas better then Paint Love. Both are good but for different people.
